For a few days each winter it snows here in Vancouver which ultimately shuts down the city. Yesterday and today has been no exception. I was supposed to be attending a cookie swap at a friend’s house but that has been postponed and so today will be spent decorating for Christmas and filling out Christmas cards. I am looking forward to this year’s Holiday Season and hopefully all goes well.
I can’t explain why but I am feeling very optimistic and cheery. Maybe it has something to do with all this snow that I know will melt in a few days. Whatever the reason, I am grateful.
